TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms & conditions (the “T&Cs”) apply to your use of the Site. By accessing the Site and/or by placing an order you agree to be bound by these T&Cs and the documents referred to within them. If you do not agree to be bound by these T&Cs you may not use or access the Site. The Site is provided solely for your personal use. You may not use the Site for any commercial purpose. You must be 18 years or over to purchase goods from the Site.
References in these T&Cs to "we", "us" , "site" and “BeautyShopOnline" are to BeautyShopOnline.it, Zorlan Srl (registered in Italy with company number - Partita IVA: 02364170981 - C.C.I.A.A. BS 02364170981 - Rea: Bs 443565 ), Piazza Vescovato, 1 c/d, 2512 Brescia, Italy. 

PRICING 

All prices shown on the site are inclusive of (italian) VAT . Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

Although we try to ensure all our pricing displayed on the site are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price, failing which it will be cancelled.

BeautyShopOnline.it ensures that all goods offered on the Site are available at the same price as in the Mariabruna Beauty Store  (the “Store”), in Brescia, Italy. However, from time to time (particularly during promotional periods) we may offer additional discounts for purchases online that do not apply in the Store or vice versa. 

BUYING AND PAYMENT

We only accept payment for EU orders in Euros (€).
We accept payment by international bank transfer, by credit cards Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and Pay Pal (only verified accounts). Please note that all orders payed via bank transfer will be shipped only upon receipt of the deposit  by our bank.If the bank transfer is not received within seven (7)  days of the order placement, it will be cancelled.

If you choose to pay for an item using a payment card with a foreign currency denominated account, the account will still be taken in € Euros at the conversion rate applied by the relevant payment scheme at the time of processing your order.

Please note, we cannot guarantee the security of data which you send us by email. Accordingly, please do not send us payment information using email. 
Please note that BeautyShopOnline.it does not accept cash or cheques for payments online or over the telephone.
If you have any further payment queries, please contact your bank/card issuer.


INVOICE

We do not  issue invoices. We only issue sale receipts.
 

GOODS AVILABILITY

Once an item is sold out, it will be taken off the Site and may not be available again. If items you order are out of stock, subject to a delay, or sold at a higher price than shown on your order, we will contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the part of your order that is unavailable or incorrectly priced and will continue to process any remaining items on your order. All orders are subject to availability. Substitutions will only be made with your prior consent. If a replacement item has a higher price, you will be liable to pay for the difference in price.

The items listed on the Site contain a product description.We will take reasonable care to ensure that the descriptions, photographic representations are accurate and kept up to date. The actual colours that you see on your computer may vary depending on the monitor that you use. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the goods.

RETURN POLICY

BeautyShopOnline.it does not offer free returns on international deliveries

Because BeautyShopOnline sells beauty products and fragrances your right to cancel your contract only apply if the items are unused and in their original package.

If your goods are faulty,  depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund  and/or replacement. Pelase note that the customer is required to accept the shipment with the reserve clause, appending the sign "ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT WITH RESERVE" next to the signature , if he/she thinks the package looks damaged - otherwise we will not refund.

If you believe your goods are faulty, please contact the Customer Team via the website module.

If you wish to cancel an order, please return the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order.

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel your contract with us for certain goods ordered online.To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us that you wish to cancel your contract within 14 days after the day on which you receive your goods. You can cancel by sending us notification by filling the module on our site. Please ensure you provide a clear statement stating your wish to cancel, your order number, full name, geographical address, details of the goods you wish to cancel, your phone number and email address.
Any goods should be returned in their original and unused condition (with original packaging), with all labels still attached. If labels are removed, the goods will be considered used.
If we believe, in our discretion, that goods have decreased in value due to the way you have handled them, we may deduct the amount of such loss from the amount reimbursed to you.

Any refunds will be made against the original form of tender you used to pay for the goods.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

We do not accept substitutions. The product can be returned within the established deadlines, you will then have to proceed with a new order.

GIFT CARD


1.Using the Gift Card

The Gift Card can be used to buy items available on this site.The total order is deducted from the balance of the Gift Card; the remaining balance of the Gift Card can be reused for another order.
If your order total is greater than the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid using another payment method among those accepted on beautyshoponline.it.

The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. The Gift Card can not be converted into cash, recharged or resold.

2.Gift Card Ownership

The ownership of a Gift Card and its security is transferred to the buyer at the time of the electronic transmission of the same to the purchaser or designated receiver. Zorlan Srl disclaims any liability in case of loss, theft, destruction or unauthorized use of the Gift Card by you.

3. Fraud

In the event a Gift Card, generated or obtained fraudulently, is used to make purchases on BeautyShopOnline.it, we reserve the right to charge the amount of the orders on alternative payment methods.

If your complaint is regarding goods or services purchased from beautyshoponline.it and you are not satisfied with the resolution we have provided, the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Please note that following submission of your complaint on the EU platform you will be directed to The Retail Ombudsman. You may therefore prefer to refer your complaint direct to them.
