- CORONAVIRUS SITUATION - IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR SHIPMENTS -
Given the national and international emergency situation, shipments will continue but in a reduced way. This means that there may be delays in both order processing and shipping.
Orders are still processed - if other problems arise (impossibility of the courier to deliver in your postcode or lack of the product) you will be notified via email as soon as possible.
We are always at your disposal to clarify doubts and timing, just contact us through the contact form by clicking on the box "need help?", that you will find at the end of every page.

1) DELIVERY COST
Shipping in the EU has a cost of € 15,00 - for all orders.
We offer international delivery on the majority of our online products, however some exclusions can apply.
Delivery thorugh DHL Express Courier will take up to 3/4 working days. If you choose to pay through credit card and if you place your order up until 2 pm,the order will be shipped the same day, otherwise it will be shipped the day after. There could be a delay of one day if the product is not readily availabe but we will contact you promptly thorugh email.
If you choose to pay through bank transfer, the product/products will be shipped only when the deposit is received by our bank. We do not accept proof of payment via email and in no case we can ship the goods earlier than receiveing the deposit. Please take into account the time taken by the wire transfer to complete and add that to the estimated shipping time.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be shipped on the first working day after the placement of the order.

2.1 Entering a telephone number
It is important to enter the telephone number, possibly a mobile phone number. The courier will then be able to contact you if a probel with the delivery should arise. Please note that in some cases shipping cannot be made without a valid phone number.
All orders are in Euro (€).
Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays in Customs clearance. We cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.
3) AVAILABILITY AND COURIERS
Please provide a delivery address where there is always a person (job / neighbors etc.) as couriers are not always required to call for an appointment.
Courier delivery times depends on the area they have to serve and it can vary.
If there is no one at home the courier is required to leave a notice with a telephone number to call to rearrange.
4) UPON ORDER ARRIVAL :
When the express courier deliver the parcel please carefully check the integrity of the package.
Any dispute must be raised immediately to the carrier; failing to do so will result in the product considered delivered correctly; please keep all the documents inside and outside of the package for further assistance.
5) DO YOU SHIP ABROAD ?
We now ship in Europe to the countries listed below - please note the excluded places in bold:
France (Corsica : add to 2 days for ferry transport)
Spain (excluded: Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla )
UK ( excluded : Isle of Man)
