1) CAN I PURCHASE VIA BANK TRANSFER ? 

Yes. Please purchase your items on the site and then proceed to pay via  bank transfer to:

Please send us an email, stating the order number and amount due, to let us know you actually payed via Bank Transfer. Once we receive the payment on our bank we ship the order immediately.

ATTENTION: all orders placed with payment via bank transfer will be processed only upon receipt of payment, under no circumstances will be processed earlier. The average time for receiving a bank transfer is 3-4 business days. Please keep this in mind and add it to the shipping time of 3 days (if you place an order on Friday, this is not going to be shipped before Monday).

2) IS VAT INCLUDED IN THE PRICES ?

Yes. All prices on the website include current Italian VAT (22%) .

Please note:  we do not sell to businesses; we do not issue VAT invoices.

3) HOW CAN I ORDER IF I HAVE CONNECTION PROBLEMS/INTERNET UNAVAILABILITY, ETC. ?

If you would like to place an order but have difficulties in doing so via web for whatever reason, please let us know through our contact form, stating the products you wish to purchase, we will then reply confirming the availability and stating the amount due. You can then proceed to pay via bank transfer.

All orders made by credit card require the MasterCard SecureCode/Identity Check or Verified by Visa * to guarantee even more security for our customers. If you have not activated the service yet, contact the bank that issued the credit card to find out how to proceed.

4) CAN I PAY WITH PAYPAL?

Yes but you can only pay with PayPal as a verified user / account. What it means: "A PayPal account is verified when the account holder has confirmed his identity by successfully completing the PayPal verification process."

5) I'M HAVING TROUBLE REGISTERING ON THE SITE, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

6) I CAN'T FIND A PRODUCT, CAN I MAKE A REQUEST ?

Yes, if the product is part of the brands we sell. Our online store is constantly updated, therefore many products available in our physical location are not yet available online or a new product by a brand we sell is not out yet.

You can make the request directly via our contact form, once we receive your request we will confirm whether or not the product will be available soon.

Please note that we can only accept requests for brands sold on our site.
