Gil Cagnè eye and contour pencil second skin

Eye pencil with a perfect line, soft enough to be used inside the eye. Enlarges the eyes when inserted into the conjunctiva. Excellent light point under the eyebrow arch.

Apply lighter pencils to the inside of the eye to amplify the look. The dark ones to give depth.
